This recipe cooks quickly so have all ingredients prepared and get ready to enjoy some tasty greens!

Serves 4
- 2 bunches Swiss chard (about 1 pound)
- 1 ounce pancetta, diced (about ¼ cup)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Trim stalks from chard leaves (discard stalks). Chop leaves to roughly 1-inch pieces. Rinse leaves and spin dry in lettuce spinner (or with paper towels).
Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add pancetta to pan; sauté 2 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic to pan; sauté 30 seconds, stirring frequently. Add half of chard leaves to pan; sauté 1 minute or until leaves wilt, stirring frequently. Add remaining chard leaves and pepper to pan; sauté 1 minute or until leaves wilt, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese.
