This is a re-make of a dish we had at the Grand Canyon North Rim Lodge this summer. This is a delicious vegetarian dish or add diced grilled chicken breast for a protein packed meal.
“Bear Paws” are great for shredding meats like pulled pork, but they work just as well on chicken. This chicken chili is a favorite since it has tomatoes in it too, which are not always found in a “white” chili.
