Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

The oni0n sweetens as it roasts and balances the spice mixture for a delicious side dish.

Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Serves 4

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 small onion, cut into 1/4 inch wedges
  • 1/4  teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large sheet pan; toss well.  Arrange in a single layer; roast, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, about 20 to 30 minutes.
