Sweet Sriracha Chile Sauce Salmon

(modification of recipe originally from Cooking Light)

Serves 4

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce (or Thai Chili Garlic Paste)
  • 4 teaspoons thinly sliced green onions

Sprinkle salmon evenly with coriander and salt.  Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.  Coat pan with cooking spray.  Add fish; cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.

Combine honey, juice, soy sauce and Sriracha in a bowl; drizzle over salmon.  Sprinkle with green onions.
