Since first doing the Beachbody Ultimate Reset in 2014, this has become our staple “house” dressing. The Dijon lends creaminess, maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness and vinegar + lemon add a well-balanced sour/tartness.
Bolognese is my favorite Italian sauce so it comes as no surprise that I had to try this recipe and modify it to make it a bit healthier. It is equally delicious substituting chopped portabella mushrooms for the turkey. And YES, we serve it over roasted cauliflower in lieu of pasta and it is SO good! You won’t miss the pasta at all.

These tacos were delicious made with chicken and yet the recipe is versatile enough that you can easily substitute tilapia or shrimp. You can either leave the avocado crème separate from the slaw mixture or mix the avocado crème into the slaw mixture (which is what we did and made serving easy).
